1911-1912

The basic Final Table below appeared in the ‘Football Echo’ and was supplied by Patrick (Donmouth).  The League’s list of champions shows Horden Athletic* as winners of the competition for the 1911-1912 season, suggesting that there was a ‘play-off’ for the title as the top two tied on points.  Presumably, Horden won this and deprived Haswell of a hat-trick of Wearside League ‘crowns’.  The match between Hylton Colliery and Deaf Hill United was not played.
